General
We respect the privacy of the users of our site. We have therefore chosen to publish a clear and transparent privacy policy, and we are committed to acting in accordance with it.
The purpose of this document is to explain how we handle user privacy. Among other things, we explain what information is collected, how we use it, and what rights you have regarding that information.
This privacy policy is aligned with section 11 of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.
This document is written in the masculine form for convenience only, but it is intended for all genders.
We recommend reading this privacy policy carefully. Continued use of the site constitutes confirmation that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy. If you do not wish your information to be collected in accordance with this policy, please refrain from using the site.
There is no legal obligation to provide personal information on the site. However, providing certain details is required in order to make contact, handle an inquiry, schedule a tour, send information about relevant listings, sign in to an account, or receive marketing communications for those who have opted in.
Information we collect
When using the site's services, information about you is collected, some of which identifies you personally:
- When registering or signing in via Google: name, email address, and profile picture as received from the user account.
- When completing contact details or confirming communications: phone number, and an indication of consent to receive marketing communications, when the user opts in.
- When filling in a contact form, tour request, or information request: name, email, phone number, company name, message content, and any additional detail the user chooses to provide.
- Call recordings: outbound phone calls with prospects are recorded for the purposes of improving service, quality control of responses, team training, documenting inquiries, and handling disputes. Call recordings constitute personal information and are kept in a dedicated database or system.
Some of the information collected does not identify you personally (aggregate analytics):
In this context, statistical and aggregate data about use of the site is collected, such as pages viewed, traffic source, an approximate geographic region derived from the IP address without storing the IP address itself, device type, browser type, and general usage data.
Unique visitor counting is performed using an irreversible daily hash. This information does not identify individual visitors, does not enable cross-site tracking, and is not used for targeted advertising.
Collection and storage of information
The data collected, as well as content the user uploads, shares, or creates on the site, will be kept in the possession of the site owner. The databases are stored on hosting servers. The user of the site declares that they agree to the storage of information on these servers, which may be located in Israel or abroad.
Purposes of collection and use of information
Use of the collected information will be made in accordance with this privacy policy, or in accordance with any applicable law, in order to:
- Contact a user who has left their details on the site
- Offer offices for rent, brokerage services, information about relevant listings, and schedule tours
- Manage leads, document inquiries, track the handling of inquiries, and forward the inquiry to the handling brokers or representatives
- Market and advertise the company's offerings, subject to obtaining consent where consent is required by law
- Send marketing communications to users who have given their consent, and subject to the law
- Improve the service, control the quality of responses, and train teams, including by means of call recordings
- Enforce the rules and procedures of the site as set out in the terms of use
- For control purposes, including security, fraud prevention, and identifying unlawful use of the site
Legal basis for collecting information
We will process your personal information, including sensitive information, only when we have a legal basis to do so - if you have given your consent or if we are duly authorized to do so.
Electronic communications and contacting the user
The site owner wishes to send you, from time to time, newsletters or other messages by email, and/or by SMS or WhatsApp and/or by other digital means, regarding the services and products as well as marketing and promotional information.
Marketing messages will be sent to you only if you have given your explicit consent, and you may withdraw your consent and stop receiving them at any time.
Every marketing message will include an unsubscribe mechanism or a clear way to request removal from the mailing list. Removal from marketing communications will not prevent the company from sending service or operational messages required to handle an existing inquiry, schedule a meeting, document an engagement, or exercise rights.
Disclosure of information to third parties
The site owner does not sell personal information to third parties. Personal information is disclosed or made accessible to third parties only for the purposes set out in this policy, including operating the site, lead management, data storage, information security, aggregate analytics, handling inquiries, communications for those who have opted in, professional advice, and compliance with legal requirements.

The site may also transfer to third parties general statistical information only, which is not personal or private, regarding use of the site, such as the total number of visitors to the site and to each page of the site, as well as the domain names of the internet service providers of the site's visitors.
- Communication with us via WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's privacy policy.
- Additional parties: information will be provided to legal, accounting, technological, or other professional advisors, as well as to competent authorities, courts, or other parties, where disclosure is required by law, court order, a competent demand, the need to protect rights, resolving a dispute, handling a complaint, or an information-security incident.
